The Service hosts customisable link-in-bio pages on behalf of creators. Each creator subdomain is owned and edited by the respective creator or their authorised representative. We do not produce or curate the content displayed on creator pages.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or related systems;
- scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information from the Service using automated means without our prior written consent;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful code; or
- use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and platform features, is owned by Don’t Peek and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content displayed on creator pages belongs to the respective creator or their licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any Don’t Peek trademark, logo, or other proprietary mark without our prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Links and Destinations
Creator pages may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party destination. Your interactions with third parties are governed by the applicable third-party terms and policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DON’T PEEK OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100.00).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MGL Equity Holdings LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
